30 Min Banded Pilates Booty & Abs Workout | Equipment optional Hi Friends, Welcome to the first workout video of Wellness Month! I am so excited to be sharing a fitness program for you in the upcoming weeks. I personally love a combination between strength training and pilates! Pilates is such a great way to safely train the body and really work all those inner muscles. It’s really amazing for toning and lengthening all the muscles. It has helped me to be more aware of my body and to better my posture! I will be sharing one strength/HIIT workout & one pilates workout on Tuesdays and Thursday. So if you wanna workout 4 times a week I would recommend doing each workout twice in that week. The workouts will be 30 minutes long so you will get a good sweat!
