Champs Boxing - Tennis ball drills

Full description below! As always, please start with a proper warm up (light/moderate cardio and a stretch first!) 1. Toss to self (opposite hand) 4 rounds x :30-1min each -Toss up and catch underhand -Toss up and catch overhand (like straight punches) -Toss up and catch from the side (like hooks) -Toss up and catch upwards (like uppercut) 2. Toss to self - champ 4 count (opposite hand) 2-3 rounds x 2min each -Start with the ball in your rear hand, toss the ball up and complete catches in order of the champs 4 count (Jab-Cross-Hook-Uppercut) *Practice these drills with a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, sand bag, etc. *For more of a challenge try longer rounds or repeat rounds. *Drink some water and catch your breath!
