I was very pleased to know Scott some months ago, when he introduced to me his piece for guitar “Cullare la tempesta“ (to slow down the storm) a sweet lullaby played by the great Danish guitarist Per Olov Kindgren and that I shared with some of my students who enjoyed learning and playing! Later on, Scott generously composed this delicate piece that he named “Theme for Irene“. I was moved by the delicacy of this piece and despite its shortness this piece offered me a rich scope to design melodies and rhythms in between the arpegios. Thank you Scott for your talent and soul in this jewel you offer to me and audiences who love guitar. ----------------------
