OMSI - Ikarus

The Ikarus 255 was introduced in 1971 as the cheaper, lower comfort level variant of the 250/256 series. It’s an intercity bus and was based on the famous Ikarus 55. It has a 6 cylinder RÁBA D 2156 HM6U engine, leaf spring suspension and a 5 1 speed Csepel ASH manual gearbox. The series’ expected service life was 10 years, but some of them were in service even in the 2000s. These are extremely reliable vehicles. ------------------------------------------ The OMSI version was made from Laci BAS-953
