It’s a popular dish in Indian cuisine and is known for its vibrant color and rich taste. #easyrecipe #vegiterian #vegetables #tomato #chefharpalsingh #soup Ingredients Quantity Tomato 5 medium size Boiled beetroot 2 Oil 1½ tbsp Bay leaf 3 Cumin seeds 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 inch Black pepper 1 tsp Cloves 4-5 Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Coriander stems 1 tbsp Green chill slit 3-4 Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Besan 1 tbsp Salt to taste Water 4 cups Cream ½ Cup Method :- In a mixer grinder roughly chop tomatoes, add beetroot and puree well and keep aside In a pressure cooker add oil, bay leaf, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, coriander seeds, coriander stem, green chilli slit, ginger, garlic and sauté for 1 mins. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, besan and sauté for 1 min. Add salt and the puree to the pressure cooker. Add water and mix well. Let it cook for 4 whistles. Add cream and mix well Strain the shorba and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
