My daughter’s friends came over to our house : Simple & delicious sausage cream fusilli pasta

When it comes to cream pasta, many people probably think of carbonara. However, there is no cream in carbonara at all. The pasta I’m going to introduce to you this time is really creamy. It is easy to cook and requires only a few ingredients, but I can tell you that it is truly delicious. And unlike other pastas that look easy but are difficult to cook, this pasta is so easy to cook. Before I film this recipe video, I verify it thoroughly several times. Please trust and follow me. If you measure accurately according to the recipe in the video, the taste will be 100% the same as mine. Cream pasta that will satisfy both children and adults, let’s make it together now!! [Ingredients: 3 servings] 280g fusilli 4 frankfurter Sausages 1 onion (about 300g) 5 cloves of garlic Whipping cream (30% fat) 400ml 1 cup of milk 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp sugar a little salt a little parsley some cheese 2 Tbsp butter (30g) [Boiling water for noodle] 2L of water 2 tsp salt (10 g) 2 tsp (10 g) chicken powder [Recipe] 1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry thoroughly in a pan. 2. Slice the garlic thinly and fry it with the onions. 3. While frying the onions and garlic, season with salt, pepper, and sugar. 4. Onions and garlic are delicious when stir-fried for at least 10 minutes until golden brown. 5. Season the fusilli with salt and chicken powder in 2L of water and boil it. 6. Boil the fusilli for about 1 minute longer than the normal boiling time. 7. Cut the sausage into appropriate sizes (approximately 2cm) and score the cross section horizontally and vertically. The deeper the cut, the wider it opens after cooking, creating a pretty sausage flower. 8. Add the seasoned sausage to the boiling pasta pot. It is appropriate to add it when there are about 5 minutes left in the pasta time. 9. When the onions and garlic are sufficiently fried and turn golden brown, add butter and fry once more. 10. Add whipping cream, milk, and pepper and continue to simmer. 11. When the pasta and sausage are cooked, add them to the sauce and boil for 1 to 2 minutes more. If the sauce becomes too thick, adjust the consistency by adding about 1 cup of water boiled noodles. 12. It is even more delicious if you eat it with parsley and cheese powder on top. #creampasta #sausage #dinnerprep #koreancuisine #onion #크림파스타 #소시지파스타 #fusilli #fusillipasta #easyrecipe
