Quinn and Santana used to secretly date, but Quinn was too scared to ’come out’ and admit to everyone that she was in love with Santana, so they split up. Santana tried to get over Quinn by dating Brittany, who would proudly be her girlfriend. Quinn hears that Brittany and Santana are going to get married, so she turns up to tell Santana she still loves her before it’s too late. Santana pretends that she’s over Quinn because she can’t hurt Brittany. Quinn comes to try and stop the wedding where Santana reveals that she is still in love with her. Only her.
