you know I love a cover, and they always come to me in such mysterious way. I had only really heard the Johnny Cash version and had just given birth so didn’t expect to be singing anything so soon but when they asked I couldn’t say no, I myself felt like I had been thrown into a Ring Of Fire and didn’t really know the way out. Sitting down by that piano again brought me back to myself; or rather the new me. I just love music so much, I live to be a channel.
