30 Min Hip Opening Yoga Flow | Day 29 - 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to day 29 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we finish the final peak pose flow with a hip opening yoga practice to work towards Compass pose, also known as Surya Yantrasana. In this class we are focusing on the hips, hamstrings and deep twists to prepare you for Surya Yantrasana. This class includes postures that target the lower body, spine and shoulders as we gradually break down Compass pose so that your body can understand the different components that make up this posture. I hope you enjoy this 30 min hip opening yoga flow. With love, Charlie x 💜 DONATIONS Donations to this channel helps create content and keep yoga free and accessible to all.
