30 Minute Full Body Kettlebell Beach Workout (Strength : Conditioning : Mobility)

What’s Up Workout People! We ventured out to beautiful St. Pete beach and had ourselves a 30-minute Heart Pounder. You will need one pair of kettlebells (I used a pair of 45 lbs), as we dive into movement patterns that will touch base on every major muscle group.
