Parents arrested for neglect after child found wandering on road

Yajaira Tirado, 28, and Jacob Krueger, 25, were arrested on Monday on child neglect charges after a deputy found them passed out and frothing at the mouth while their two-year-old was walking on US 1. The boy, wearing only a dirty diaper and covered in bug bites, was rescued by two passing motorists, as seen in a body camera video released by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
