This lady said that her yard was so DEPRESSING | Can it be SAVED!

I was actually around the corner having a look at another potential cleanup when I saw this place on my way out and decided to knock on the door. When I offered to make over the tenant’s yard for free, she was just about jumping out of her shoes. Apparently, her mower broke a few weeks ago, and I came along just at the right time. To say thank you for the work, the tenant bought me a box of chocolates and wrote a really nice card. She was so happy with her new yard, she even went out and bought a new letter box to finish it all off and assured me she will look after it from now on. All up, I spent around 15 hours on this job, with 3 trips to the landfill.
