Digital Domain’s Charlatan Performance Transfer

Our Digital Human Group generated this clip using Digital Domain’s deep learning renderer, Charlatan. In this example, we transferred one person’s facial performance to an entirely different person, seamlessly attaching it to the alternate’s body. The performance comes through amazingly well, and (as you can see) it is getting harder and harder to tell who is real! Like our previous examples, there is very little comp work in this piece.
