Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said via the Telegram messaging app that two people had been killed in the capital Kyiv , with more than 10 injured. Local authorities reported that one person was killed in Mykolaiv, southern Ukraine. The Ukrainian air force put the whole country under air alert at around 6 AM.
