Sprint Balance - Training Drills 2

just experimenting with some indoor alternatives combining balance training & sprint training be used as part of a dynamic this is a little “out there“ and you don’t need to use unstable surfaces to train for sprinting... but I like I like the way these moves demand staying quiet and square in the hips thru the shoulders while firing arms and legs on line.. And balance and stabilization challenges are always nice cross-training for speed & a measure of body control/awareness that can assist both performance and injury prevention..
