Hey everyone! Super sorry about not having a video up in a while! Today I thought I’d do a hooded eyes winged liner how to, my version! It SUPER difficult to create a winged liner with hooded eyes, but if you practice you will ace it! I’m still trying to ace it! Hahah! But these are just some techniques that work for me!
