It took more time to make than expected due to the usual late-winter/early-spring sickness. But, beyond celebrating a historic accomplishment of the Godzilla franchise, this is also a good occasion to mark a personal achievement, as my channel recently surpassed 300,000 subscribers without me even noticing it. I had nothing prepared to commemorate this, so this video will have to do. I say “personal“ but it’s actually thanks to all of you viewers. So, thank you for all and any type of kind support you have given. It’s bewildering to think that it took around 14 years to reach 100,000 subscribers, but only 4 years to triple that number, even though this channel is barely active. So I am grateful to all the hundreds of thousands of Bionicle fans who have stayed faithful to me, and also to the couple dozen people who came to watch my Godzilla videos... but who honestly cares for that crap, really? Those who want to support me with more than just views can do so here: I would have listed the names of Patreon supporters at the end of the video as a way to thank them. But so far I only have one, which would make for a pretty pitiful “list“. Maybe I’ll wait just in case I get more.
