Deftones - ’Passenger’ - Full Band Cover (ft. Chelsea Smile)

NEW SINGLE ’ASPHALT’ OUT NOW: - As we enter double-digits with the full band covers, I thought I would introduce you guys to some of the musicians I know and have the opportunity to work with. So Chelsea suggested that we do this song, as hayley williams has performed the lead vocals with deftones live before, and we decided that doing that version in a real recorded format would be bad ass. Chelsea has been singing for several years, and you’ll see her vocal chops in action right here. It was great fun to track with her! - Drums were used with Steven Slate ’Trigger EX’ Drum Replacer. - Guitars were used with Peavey ’ReValver MKIII’ Mesa Boogie heads with signalgods and clark kent impulses through Poulin LeCab 2. - Bass also used Peavey ’ReValverMKIII’ but used the HB bass preamp with Ampeg SVT impulses. - Vocals used a sE2200a condenser vocal mic with a homemade vocal reflector.
