Kelvin–Helmholtz flow instability simulation with adaptive mesh refinement

Simulation of a 2D Kelvin–Helmholtz instability with a discontinuous Galerkin spectral element method on a hierarchical Cartesian mesh with adaptive mesh refinement (AMR).
