$$$ Cheapest $$$ Eye-Make-up !!!

Anyone bought Holiday Make-up palettes !!!? A Lot of you have requested me to do a Tutorial using really cheap’Affordable Make-up Products ! . cosmectics are most affordable and the sets were running out from the shelves.I figured i would get one and do a quick Eye-Make-up Tutorial on it .
