[Kagamine Len] Lemon (檸檬) English Subtitles - PINA

Translation Notes: So many of the lines in this song (I put a ... at the end of them) are written like they should have a verb acting on them, but they don’t. So you can think of them kind of as “Acting on [the line of the song.]“ (These statements are direct objects without verbs.) This is especially important for the last lyric. In the last part of the song, where it says “Nearing total goodness (sin)“ I put sin in parenthesis because that’s what it sounded like Len was singing, although the lyrics didn’t say that in the video. I translated the giant omega (i.e. the Greek letter) at about 0:29 as “(final)“ because it’s the last letter of the Greek alphabet, so that seemed to make sense. The word “abstract“ has a character in it that means “image“ or “shape“ when pronounced /shou/, as it is in that word, but means “elephant“ when pronounced /zou/. In case you were wondering about the elephant. The “marching band“ mentioned is a chindon’ya, which is a band that is hired to advertise for stores, sales, etc. In the Japanese the word has musical notes running through it. (End of Notes) Anyways, hello! I’m a new translator, practicing my Japanese, so I can’t be sure that everything is correct, especially on strange songs like this one. But I do the best I can, and I follow what the Japanese says, so I think it’s accurate. :) Sorry if the video quality is kind of bad; I’ll make it better for the next songs, though. If anyone is watching this, and wants me to translate a song, just leave a comment! Credits: Song by (the creators of Rats Died and Red Purge!!!) Original:
