Although the game was released on the wave of anime popularity, the game is a full-fledged platformer made by TECMO, the original Ninja Gaiden series known at that time, and stands out from other licensed games based on cartoons for its quality. The game is divided into 11 levels, but everything up to level 8 can be passed in any order, these levels are replayable and because of the bypass, you can go through at least a couple of times. The environment and characters are kept in the spirit of the original and are easily recognizable.
