Casting Warhammer style Miniature in Bronze - Thrud the Barbarian tribute plus FAQs - by VOG

I’ve always loved Warhammer Miniatures but I never got to own their limited edition Thrud the Barbarian. So last week I created my own version using ZBrush and this week I’ll be casting this as a 50mm tall solid bronze (metal) figurine. It’s packed with muscle, detail, and a tiny, tiny head. If you don’t know him, Thrud the Barbarian is an hilarious comic book character created by Carl Critchlow back in the 1980’s, and printed in White Dwarf magazine. Citadel made miniatures of this but I was never lucky enough to own one, so this is my a tribute.
