Ces anciens, nourris au bon grain des sounds systems, de la culture vinyle et bercés par les dialogues épiques du cinéma d’antan, nous concoctent une fine fusion de Reggae et Hip Hop. Ce collectif de beatmakers aiment exploiter les samples, le tout saupoudré de scratchs et d’une french touch vintage qui nous fait voyager depuis la France vers Kingston, Londres et New York! Ils ont acquis leur renommée grâce à des morceaux comme « Dreader Than Dread » ft Skarra Mucci ou « Back In Town » ft Jamalski mais aussi grâce à de nombreux remixes comme « Burn Dem Down » de Capleton. Après la sortie d’une mixtape, d’un Summermix et d’un EP « Back In Town », ils produisent en 2015 leur premier album « Chickens in Your Town » : savant mélange des genres allant du Hip Hop au Reggae avec des featurings tels que Gavlyn, Ruffian Rugged ou encore Youthstar. En septembre 2017 sort leur album “Le Savoir Faire“, un projet peaufiné dans le plus grand secret, avec des collaborations pointues (Panda Dub, Kill Emil, The Architect…) et de nombreux featurings (Biga*Ranx, Marina P, Demolition Man, Tippa Irie, Soom T, Rodney P…). En 2019, les deux infatigables seniors reviennent pour frapper fort avec un nouvel EP intitulé « Golden Nuggets » en collaboration avec celui que l’on surnomme le « Dancehall President », le jamaïcain Skarra Mucci. «Golden Nuggets» c’est 6 morceaux dans lesquels on retrouve tous les ingrédients qui font la magie du son de L’Entourloop et de Skarra Mucci. 🇬🇧 Breeding in open air since 1964, Sir Johnny and King James are the figureheads of the mysterious L’ENTOURLOOP collective. Feed with good grains from Sounds Systems, vinyle’s culture (Scratchs / Beatmaking / Sampling) and rocked by the epic dialogues of a certain cinema, L’ENTOURLOOP concocte with love a music half-way between Kingston, London and New York! After rocking more than 300 scenes around the world, the two unflagging ambassadors continue to surprise us on stage. Well accompanied by the incredible Bermudian MC Troy Berkley and the maestro N’Zeng at the trumpet, L’ENTOURLOOP gives us an eclectic live and survitaminated at each of its outings!! With already a lot of collaborations & remixes in their pocket, the first album « Chickens In Your Town » (2015), and the famous Dreader Than Dread « ft Skarra Mucci and The Architect, » Back In Town « ft Jamalski, » Burn Dem Down » Ft Capleton … their latest album “Le Savoir Faire” released on September 22th, 2017. This latest output is rich in combinations (Panda Dub, Kill Emil, The Architect…) and plenty of featurings (Biga*Ranx, Marina P, Demolition Man, Tippa Irie…) where the collective once again unveils its « Savoir-Faire » ! In 2019, the two unstoppable seniors come back to hit ever stronger with an EP called “Golden Nuggets“ in collaboration with the Jamaican Skarra Mucci aka the “Dancehall President“. “Golden Nuggets“ is a 6-piece-EP in which we find all the ingredients that make the magic of the sound of Entourloop and Skarra Mucci.
