Ridero: How to add an image to the text and make a caption to it

To add an image to the text of the book, put the cursor in the relevant place in the text, click on the Image symbol in the top toolbar and select a necessary image on your PC by clicking on the Open button. You may add a caption in the gray box underneath the image. If you want to delete the image from the text, click on the cross at the top right of the image. If you need to move the image to another place, be sure to delete it and then insert it again. In order to see how the illustration will look in the printed version, go to the Preview window. If you use someone else’s illustrations not protected by copyright or you have obtained the author’s permission to use such illustrations, do not forget to specify the author’s name in a special section The book was created by in the Publication window. To do it choose Illustrator in drop-down menu, click Add button and enter the author’s first name and last name in individual fields Please note that it is prohibited to use someone else’s illustrations in your book without the author’s permission. If you have the rights for using illustrations in your book please tick the box “I hold the required rights” and then go to the next step of publication process.
