Making the Thien-baffle (Chip-Separator Part 2)

A bigger project this time. I wanted to have a low profile separator to use with the jointer and planer, because the chips produced by this machine take up too much space in the dust collector bin. This video shows the procedure of making the Thien-baffle separator in detail.
