Walking Tour of District in Finland with a High Level of Drug Addiction

Today we are doing a walking tour of the Myyrmäki area in Vantaa, Finland. I recently read several articles on the popular Finnish internet resource YLE, that there are a lot of drug addicts in this area and also that people are afraid to walk in this area in the evenings and at night. I will give links to these three articles in the description of the video. The articles are in Finnish, but you can translate them using any browser. After reading these articles, I decided to take all my cameras Sony FX3 and Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM II also DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and GoPro 13 and went to film this area. You can get to the Myyrmäki area by several buses, as well as by train. By train you can get there very quickly, so we start the video from the Helsinki Central Railway Station. I filming the video during the day and on a cold day, it was -3°C / 26.6°F on this day, although it is still autumn in Finland. Perhaps if you come to this area late in the evening or at night, for example in summer, you can see a completely different picture. And I didn’t see many drug addicts and I also wasn’t afraid to walk the streets of this area. I will leave this idea for future videos and visit this area to capture everything that is happening, but for now let’s see what I captured on video.
