Wooden Dowels -craft store Foam 1/4” Thick Foam is usually available in many different sizes so I can’t advise how much you need to will be approximately the same as the size of the fabric plus more for the extra strips used in the middle part of the box. I usually order a large size and cut out and use for many projects .
