Here’s the recipe - Garlic Mayonnaise - 1 - Free Range Egg 180g (200ml) - Olive Oil (NOT Extra Virgin Olive Oil) 1 ½ tsp (15ml) - White Vinegar or Lemon Juice 1 tsp (10g) - Dijon Mustard 1 - Clove Garlic Seasoning To Taste Method - Place the base mayonnaise ingredients into a tall jar or container. Blend with an immersion blender until a thick emulsion has formed (mayonnaise).
