Valerie White is an underwater artist. Her pictures are drawn while diving. They portrait various undersea themed animals or people. Brighton and London. A story about housewife Valerie White (married name - Kann) who paints pictures under water and transfers them to canvas. There are shots of her putting on an aqua lung and climbing into the swimming pool in Butlin’s at Bognor Regis, a boy joins her. Various shots underwater as she draws on a transparent sheet of plastic with a crayon.
