★ 4K 🇨🇭Cab ride along lake Geneva, Allaman - Villeneuve, Switzerland []

Welcome to another trip in the French part of Switzerland, accompanying the S3 as it makes its way along the lake of Geneva (lac Léman). After Lausanne there are some spectacular views as we make our way along the lake. On our recent trip from Geneva to Bern, we also saw the views of this lake from the parallel line on it’s climb towards Palézieux. At one stage, a viaduct of the line can be seen to the left (34:30). If we were to continue along this line, we would eventually reach Brig, which will be the subject of a future video. Next to the station names, I’ve included altitude in meters. The maximum allowable speeds are also shown on the bottom right of the screen as they come into effect. On a number of occasions where the speed is limited due to signalling, the signal colours are shown at the top right of the screen.
