Duck Hearts Goulash in Prague style | Delicious Duck Hearts Stew with paprika and garlic

The Hearts are tender and slightly spicy. This dish is very good to combine with mashed potatoes. And, of course, It’s so easy recipe. Let’s try it! Even a beginner can handle this recipe. We need: Duck Hearts- 1,5 kg MAGGI Liquid Seasoning or soy sauce - 4 Tbsp, Bay leaves - 3 pcs, Sugar - 1 Tbsp, Seasoning Goulash - 9-10 tsp (1 pack - 30g - salt, ground paprika, marjoram, chili pepper, dried garlic..) Dry ground paprika - 5-6 tsp, Ketchup - 3 Tbsp, Garlic - 10 cloves, Tomato - 2 pcs Carrot - 3 pcs Onions - 4 pcs Vegetable oil for frying - Take Duck Hearts - 1,5 kg and cut into chunks. - Peel and chop: 4 onions, 3 carrots, 2 tomatoes. - Fry the onions and carrots. Transfer to another bowl. - Fry the hearts. Add MAGGI Liquid Seasoning or soy sauce - 4 Tbsp, Bay leaves - 3 pcs, Sugar - 1 Tbsp, 2 cups of water, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 min. - Combine tomatoes with the hearts.
