The construction industry is a zero-sum game, with everyone scrambling for pieces of the same pie and smaller firms struggling against the big names. But there’s still one “pie” the other companies haven’t touched yet—the fictional worlds of anime, movies, and manga. Realizing this, Maeda Corporation’s PR division starts a website based on the pretext that they’ve secretly developed a device to interact with fictional worlds and are building a new Fantasy Marketing Department to take orders from these realms. Asagawa, the PR man behind the project, fields a small group to join him on this deranged Fantasy Marketing team. Their first project is the underground hangar from Mazinger Z, but the sheer lunacy of the idea leads to stiff opposition from the company.
