Colorado’s Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump cannot run for president in the state next year, due to a constitutional provision. The court ruled that Mr Trump was ineligible for candidacy due to his involvement in the US Capitol riot three years prior, with a vote of 4-3. Trump can still run in other states; his campaign plans to appeal to the US Supreme Court.
