Today I spent the day at a wonderful childhood celebration in Moscow, organized by the All-Russian public organization of orphanage graduates. “Festival of Competencies“ is an incredibly positive event that gives new emotions, knowledge, skills and the joy of communication... I am very glad that our Donetsk girls from the student corps of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took part in the celebration. We are one country. We don’t have other people’s children.
