LISBON, April 25: A Revolution That Changed Portugal Forever

Walking tour through the historic streets of Lisbon, Portugal, on April 25, as you learn everything about the April 25 Revolution (also known as Carnation Revolution). I’ll lead you through Lisbon’s most important landmarks linked to the 1974 revolution. Highlights include the political demonstrations of Liberdade Avenue and visiting the GNR headquarters on Carmo square, the epicenter of the military coup. We will also visit the Lisbon City Hall, exceptionally open to visitors on April 25, and take a look at the former headquarters of the PIDE / DGS, the infamous political police of dictatorship. 🎦 Walking tour of the city of Santa Comba Dão: ▶️ Map with ALL my videos: This walking tour was filmed in 4K resolution, first-person point of view with captions (no talking), for a more immersive experience! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
