How to save time lesson planning - a message for new teachers

Too often new teachers are required to produce template-driven lesson plans. The problems with following a template-driven approach to lesson planning are that it wastes time and takes your focus away from what’s important. Following the suggestions in this video should a) save you time and b) give you more confidence (and a lack of confidence is one of the reasons why new teachers spend too much time on lesson planning!)
