Egg sandwich 🥪 #shorts

Worth noting that eating 5 eggs in one sitting is probably not a great idea, 1/2 a sandwich is probably enough. Ingredients - 5 eggs - 2 pieces white bread (Shokupan) if you can get some - 2 tbsp mayonnaise - small handful dill, finely sliced - tsp mustard - salt and pepper to taste Method 1. Add the eggs to boiling water, and boil 2 of the eggs for 7 minutes and 3 eggs for 10 minutes 2. When the time’s up, plunge them straight into ice cold water. 3. Peel the eggs and keep the 2 x 7 minute eggs to one side. 4. Mash the 10 minute eggs and mix through the mayo, dill, mustard and season with salt and pepper. 5. Add the mashed eggs on both pieces of bread and leave 2 indents on the angle and place your soft eggs in there. Place one slice of bread on the other and then slice the bread crusts off. 6. Wrap tight in cling film and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing and enjoying!
