One Handed Munter - High Definition

A high definition clip of forming a Munter hitch with one hand directly on the carabiner. While the carabiner is still open, clip it to your harness. The load strand (the one going up) should be against the spine of the carabiner, and the brake strand should exit out the back of the carabiner. The spine should be on same side as your brake hand.
