Queen Opens New Hospital Wing (1946)

L/S of Queen on a stand with men and women of the hospital forming a guard of honour. Several shots of the Queen speaking from raised platform of covered stand (natural sound), thanking the funds from the United States that were raised for the new wing and operating theatre.
