Let’s paint a waterfall in watercolor

In this video, we are painting a beautiful waterfall that I have recently visited. We are going to talk about composition in painting and learn a few techniques. Colors used: Yellow Ochre, Olive Green, Quinacridone Sienna, Burnt Sienna, Cobalt Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Alizarin Crimson. Paint: I use a variety of watercolor paint brands (Daniel Smith, Holbein, , Nevskaya Palitra). Paper: Arches, rough texture. You may use any brand you like but, most importantly for this technique, use 100% cotton. Brushes: I use a variety of brushes by different brands: Silver Brush, Chinese calligraphy brushes from Blue Heron Art and Michael Solovyev, squirrel brushes by Roubleff, synthetic by Escoda and Etchr, Aliexpress, and a few other different brands. I think it is helpful to buy good quality brushes but most important is the time you spend with that brush. Music from YouTube’s free music library. My Etsy shop: My In
