NATO nation Poland has expressed skepticism after Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said he is ready to mend ties. Lukashenko, a key ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, reached out to the West, saying he wants better ties with neighbouring Poland as well as with the EU.
