Hundreds in Dagestan volunteer to donate blood for blast victims

The explosion at a car garage in Makhachkala and subsequent fire at a nearby petrol station has left 35 people dead, including children. Over a hundred people were also injured in the blast, and local emergency staff are fighting to save their lives, with the wounded transported to the city’s hospitals and intensive care units. Hundreds of volunteers have emerged to help and donate blood to those in need. The Russian investigative committee has launched a criminal case into the incident.
