Enjoy this relaxing walk through Glenlake South, a tranquil neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. I first captured this peaceful area back in 2020, during a rainy day using an iPhone, which compromised the video quality. You can view that older footage here: Inspired by the neighborhood’s calming atmosphere, I decided to revisit it for a dusk walk, equipped with an upgraded camera. As for the camera, I’ve been adjusting its settings after encountering compatibility issues between the Sony FX30 and Catalyst software due to the firmware update. Thankfully, a timely release of a compatible Catalyst version quickly resolved the issue, ensuring optimal stabilization for my footage. It seems to have been a case of poor planning with unsynchronized firmware and software releases. In this video, I observed well-managed rolling shutter, evident at 1:25 as I track a passing truck.
