Easy Milk Semolina Cake Recipe | Light Sweet And Very Tasty | Turkish Cake Dessert Recipe Ingredients; 🌟 3 eggs 🌟 1 cup of sugar (170 gr) 🌟 1 glass of milk(200ml) 🌟 Half a glass of oil (85ml- sunflower oil) 🌟1.5 cups of semolina( 225 gr) 🌟 1 cup of flour ( 100 gr) 🌟 1 pack of baking powder ( 10gr) 🌟 1 pack of vanilla(5gr) For Syrup; 🌟3 glasses of milk( 600 ml) 🌟 1 cup of sugar (170gr) Method; For our priority syrup, we put milk and sugar in a suitable pot. When it comes to the boiling point, we take it from the stove and wait for it to cool. Our syrup must be cold. Then we take eggs and sugar in a suitable bowl for our cake and whisk them well with the help of a blender. Then add milk, oil, semolina and vanilla and continue mixing. We add flour and baking powder and get a fluid dough. We pour the mixture into a medium-sized boron. Bake in a preheated 180° oven until golden brown. Our cake should be hot and our syrup should be cold. We take our baked cake out of the oven and pour the syrup evenly over the cake.
