5:00am club: working out, beachside journaling, and sunrise watching 🫶🏽

After reading the book “ The 5am club“, I have been meaning to try and implement the authors suggested 5:00am club principles! In this video, I put them to the test and felt sooo incredible afterwards. There was something about the combination of exercising/journaling/learning that helped to set a wonderful tone for my day.
