Trek 9000 1992 Restomod. Completing the build...!!!

At last, finishing the 1992 Trek 9000 Restomod build...!!! I was waiting for a while for the last parts to arrive and I was pretty excited to see it complete and ride it!. Unfortunately I have not documented the whole process of the rebuild. The idea was to build a the bike with modern drive train components so I could have this clean look. The frame was in a good condition overall with the paint been in very good condition, except some points were there was under the paint aluminum oxidation. I decided to leave it as it is, give it a good cleaning, polish the paint and seal it with a gloss clear coat. Other than that I opted for a moto handlebars both for the looks and riding position. The handlebars are very comfortable to ride both seated and standing giving also the ability to ride with the saddle down on trails. I also love the look, it reminds me of the klunker bikes.
