G. F. Händel - “Sarabande“ from suite HWV 437, organ transcription by Alessandro Chiantoni

New transcription for organ Alessandro Chiantoni was born in Alzano Lombardo (BG, Italy) on 19 November 1996. He studied Pianoforte at the Conservatory “G. Donizetti” of Bergamo and in the same conservatory he graduated with full marks in Organ and Organ Composition. As a soloist pianist he performed for associations, music festivals and for the Conservatory of Bergamo he took part in several initiatives, including concerts at the birthplace of Gaetano Donizetti, dealing with both the solo and chamber repertoire for four hands. He performed at the International Piano Festival of Bergamo and Brescia, taking part in the complete performance of Beethoven’s thirty-two piano sonatas. He is the titular organist of St. Anne’s Church in Bergamo. He began his career as an organist performing for FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano, the Conservatory “G.
