911 call, bodycam footage of deadly Phoenix Police shooting on Feb. 7

The Phoenix Police Department on Feb. 22 released the 911 call and bodycam footage of a police shooting from Feb. 7. The video we are posting shows the moments leading up to the man being shot, and doesn’t show him being shot, or the aftermath.
