Iurii Samoilov sings Frank’s aria from the opera “Edgar“ by Giacomo Puccini. PromFest final concert on June 12th 2011. Pärnu City Orchestra combined with Kaunas State Music Theatre Orchestra, conductor Erki Pehk. Iurii Samoilov is the finalist of the Klaudia Taev Competition for Young Opera Singers. Frank looks at Tigrana from afar and sings of his love for her. He has grown up with her and loves her very much, but she does not return the love and, in fact, is wrongful since they are almost like brother and sister.
